Welcome to our Shipping & Returns Policy page: if you have purchased a piece from the Eureka mfg wall mounted furniture range, the page below will give you all the shipping information you need. Please feel free to browse it and if you need further information, please email your queries to;

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Payment is processed on receipt of order on the website.
Please make sure that you give an accurate street address to which we can deliver. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. Our couriers prefer to make the delivery with the person who originally placed the order, in the event that you would like someone else to receive the delivery on your behalf, please contact us at our customer service department to make alternative arrangements
Upon delivery of your unit, if the merchandise is refused for any reason other than shipping damages, please return the item with all packaging and product literature enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them. We will then reimburse the charge to you for your order upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, minus the 15% restocking charge.
Please remember that shipping and handling charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned products must be in brand new condition with all packaging and product literature enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them. Any Wall Mounted Ironing Board or Wall Mounted Office that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Eureka mfg reserves the right to refuse all returns.

All of our shipments are 100% insured. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your carton. Packaging that appears in good condition does not guarantee that there is no “hidden” damage. The only way to be certain is to fully unpack and examine the contents carefully before signing. Legally, by applying your signature, you are signing a document stating that you have inspected the item and it is in good condition. After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damages claims. In this case, any later claim for un-noticed ("hidden”) damage must be filed by you with the delivery company as we will have no recourse when the item is signed for.
It is often common practice by the delivery company to leave packages on your doorstep if no one is available for signature. Again, please inspect the package by fully unpacking and examining the contents. If you notice damage to the product during your inspection, please contact us at our customer service department within 24 hours. Product must then be returned within 14 days of date of delivery. However, we advise that you ensure that either you or a person nominated by you is available at the time of delivery to receive and inspect the package from the courier as Eureka mfg will not accept responsibility for damage that may occur if the package is left unattended on your doorstep.
